Basic Smoothie

  • 100ml flavoured yogurt of your choice
  • 75g fruit of your choice
  • 50ml fruit juice or milk
  • 1 scoop Nutilis Clear

    Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

  • 1/2 small banana, broken into chunks
  • 50ml milk
  • 1 scoop Nutilis Clear
  • 50g frozen strawberries
  • 100ml vanilla yogurt

    Carbohydrate: 36.4g
    Protein: 6.7g
    Fat: 5.2g

    Mango and Honey Smoothie

  • 100g tinned or fresh mango (if using
    fresh mango, peel skin and cut
    flesh from stone)
  • 100ml whole yogurt
  • 1 tsp clear honey to sweeten
  • 50ml milk
  • 1 scoop Nutilis Clear
  • Nutritional Intake per Serving

    Banana, Orange and Ginger Smoothie

  • 1/2 peeled banana
  • 100ml vanilla yogurt or pouring yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger (to taste)
  • 1 scoop Nutilis Clear
  • 50ml orange juice
  • Nutritional Intake per Serving

    Carbohydrate: 35.5g

    Cantaloupe Frenzy Smoothie

  • 100g cantaloupe (peeled, seeded and cubed)
  • 1 tsp light brown soft sugar, or to taste
  • 100ml yogurt
  • 15ml apple juice
  • 1 scoop Nutilis Clear
  • Nutritional Intake per Serving
    Energy: 168kcal
    Carbohydrate: 30.4g
    Protein: 4.7g
    Fat: 3.1g

    Method

    1. Place all ingredients except Nutilis Clear into blender and blend until smooth.
    2. If your smoothie has lumps or seeds please sieve before thickening.
    3. Then add Nutilis Clear and blend for 10 seconds.
    4. Pour into a glass and serve.
