Lasagne

Ingredients (for 1-2 servings)

  • Pureed cooked bolognese sauce (refer to Bolognese sauce recipe)
  • Pureed pasta warm (refer to Pasta recipe)
  • Finely grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Lasagne

    Method

    1. Pipe the pureed meat on to a plate into a 6cm by 6cm square. Alternatively use a small square oven dish.
    2. Then continue the layering. Pipe pasta on the meat, then add another layer of meat and finish with a layer of pasta topped with Parmesan cheese.

    Carbohydrate: 36.7g
    Protein: 34.7g
    Fat: 36.7g
