Lasagne

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 100g pureed cooked bolognese sause (refer to Bolognese sauce recipe)
  • 100g pureed pasta warm (refer to Pasta recipe)
  • 10g finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • Lasagne

    Method

      1. Pipe the pureed meat on to a plate into a 6cm by 6cm square. Alternatively use a small square oven dish.
      2. Then continue the layering. Pipe pasta on the meat, then add another layer of meat and finish with a layer of pasta topped with Parmesan cheese.
