Irish Cream

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  • 20ml Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 100g whipped cream (double cream is best)
  • 1 tsp chocolate powder
  • 1 scoop of Nutilis Clear
  • Irish Cream

    Method

    1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until thick using a hand or electric whisk.
    2. Pipe into a bowl or glass and serve.
    Tip from the chef - you can replace the chocolate with a teaspoon of ground coffee for a different flavour!
