Fish in Cheese Sauce

Fish

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 150ml milk
  • 30g finely chopped onion
  • 100g boneless fish (white fish like cod is ideal)
  • 10g butter
  • 30g grated cheese
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 scoops of Nutilis Powder
  • Method

      1. Place milk, fish, butter, onion and lemon juice into a saucepan.
      2. Poach fish in boiling water until soft; this takes about 10 minutes. Be careful not to boil.
      3. Place the mixture into the blender, add cheese and blend until smooth.
      4. Add Nutilis Powder and blend for 10 seconds.
