Chicken

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  • 75g diced chicken
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 50ml chicken stock
  • 1/2 chopped leek
  • 1 tbsp gravy browning
  • 1 scoop of Nutilis Clear
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Method

    1. Place diced chicken, chopped leeks, onion and chicken stock with oil in a pan and cook for 15 minutes.
    2. When cooked, add gravy browning and blend until smooth.
    3. Thicken with Nutilis Clear and then use the chicken mould for presentation.
    Tip from the chef - when the chicken is cooking in the pan you may add tomato purée, curry powder, wine, sweet and sour sauce, herbs, other vegetables or cream to give more flavour. Dishes you could create include chicken curry or cream of chicken with mushroom.
