Ingredients

  • Plain digestive or rich tea biscuits
  • Never use biscuits with cream filling or chocolate on top. Avoid biscuits with nuts, chocolate chips or any additions.
    For Soaking Solution:
  • 200ml fruit juice
  • Half a scoop of Nutilis Clear
  • Method

    1. Place fruit juice into a bowl, add Nutilis Clear and whisk thoroughly.
    2. Place biscuits into the soaking solution for about 30 seconds.
    3. Place on a plate, cover and leave in the fridge for 2 hours until set.
    Tip from the chef - use as a snack with some whipped cream on top!
